What to do when an iTaoBuy item goes out of stock
Trace one unshipped item from the order status to the refund record, even if the rest of your order has arrived.

Open the order for the item that has not shipped. Note its order number, size or color and last status change before asking iTaoBuy support to check it.
Find out where the order stopped
Ask whether the seller confirmed stock for your selection and provided a tracking number for delivery within China. If the item is available, ask when it is expected to ship. If it is out of stock, ask whether the order was canceled and what step the refund is at.

Reconcile the refund before reordering
Check the amount, currency and destination of the refund in your account. If the order reads “refunded” and the transaction is missing, ask support which transaction corresponds to the order line and whether the amount includes the original domestic delivery charge.
