Perfume bottle and shipping checklist
Compare the exact bottle and concentration
Record the volume in milliliters and whether the listing says eau de toilette, eau de parfum or another concentration. If it is a set, count the bottles and check the volume of each one. Compare prices for the same version and size.
Look at the package before dispatch
Ask for photos of the bottle, cap and outer packaging for the selected variant. If the parcel arrives at the warehouse with a stain or visible damage, ask support to check it before you include it in your international shipment.
Confirm the route for the actual liquid
Give the agent the product type, bottle volume, quantity and destination when asking about shipping. Check whether you can combine it with other items and which rules apply to that exact route.

Fragrance descriptions often divide notes into top, heart and base. Top notes describe the opening impression. Heart notes describe the main character as the opening settles. When a description starts with citrus and ends with woods, use both parts of the description to decide whether it is worth sampling. If you try a sample, take a brief note at the start and again after the fragrance has settled. This gives you two points to compare before choosing a larger bottle.

Ask for the refill method and the compatible cartridge or bottle for that exact case. A refillable travel spray may accept only a particular cartridge. If you are ordering the case, check whether it includes a filled cartridge.
What is the difference between a spray sample and a splash vial?
A spray sample has a pump. A splash vial opens so you can dab or pour from it. If the product photo is unclear, ask for a photo with the cap removed and confirm the applicator and volume for the option you selected.
