How to use iTaoBuy Spreadsheet
Use a sneaker listing from the spreadsheet to work through the checks you would make before ordering through iTaoBuy, then see how to estimate shipping.
Find a pair in the sneaker spreadsheet
Start with one pair. Check the product photos and recorded sizes, then note the color and size you want.
Confirm the original seller link
Get the link to the seller’s original listing on the marketplace. Match the photos, color and size with the catalog item. If the original link is unclear, ask the shopping agent to verify it before you place an order.
Enter the order on iTaoBuy
Paste the seller’s link into iTaoBuy and select the size and color if the listing loads. For manual ordering, open Fill&Buy in your account and enter the link, product name, options and quantity. Use CNY for the item price and shipping within China. Add a note for any detail the agent needs to check.
Review the warehouse QC for your order
Use past catalog QC photos to see which sizes have been photographed. Once your item reaches the iTaoBuy warehouse, check your own inspection for the size label, color and visible damage. Ask about any mismatch before submitting the parcel for international shipping.
Read a real sneaker QC gallery
Dior B23 Grey/White Sneaker
The QC gallery showed 16 photos labeled size 39 and 8 labeled size 42.
If you want size 42, open the group marked 42 and look for the size label in the photos. Use the size 39 group for general details only.
How to ask for a return or exchange while an item is in the warehouse
Estimate shipping and check the total
Enter the destination, packed weight and outer dimensions. Include any other items you plan to ship in the same parcel.
Two dated shipping quotes for the US and UK
We used the same example parcel for both quotes in iTaoBuy’s shipping calculator and left the product category blank.
