When to combine warehouse orders and when to ship separately
Use item deadlines, available routes and comparable parcel quotes to decide whether to wait for another order.

If two items are in the warehouse and a third is still with the seller, compare shipping the ready items with waiting to combine all three. Consolidation can save a second shipment, while a bigger carton or a different mix of contents can remove the route you planned to use. The iTaoBuy workflow allows shoppers to select which stored items to include when requesting a parcel. iTaoBuy website · iTaoBuy.fr illustrated workflow, step 6
Work backward from the earliest deadline
Write down the storage deadline shown for each ready item and ask when the outstanding item is expected to arrive. If it might miss the earliest deadline, ask whether you can extend storage and what it would cost. Handle any open return or exchange separately. iTaoBuy Help Center

- Ship now. Quote the ready items as one parcel. If the last item still needs to ship later, get a separate estimate for it.
- Wait and combine. Quote one larger parcel using the full contents, a realistic packed size and the same destination. Record any change in eligible routes, packing services or delivery window.
Compare the combined quote with the sum of the separate quotes. If the saving depends on one route, verify that the packed box and all its contents qualify before committing to wait. This is particularly useful when a pending item needs its retail box or changes the parcel’s dimensions. iTaoBuy freight estimator
